Job Title: Maintenance Mech, Tech, Super Company: Southern Industrial Constructors Location: Greenville, SC Description: Immediate full time openings in the Greenville area for Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanics and Technicians.Prefer an associates degree in electronics or mechanical technology or a high school graduate with at least 2 years hands on experience with machine tool repair and maintenance in a manufacturing / industrial environment. Prefer experience with several types of machine tools including CNC Grinders, EDM's, robots, heat treat furnances, pump systems, air compressor and central coolant systems. Need to be able to work with outside contractors and engineers to solve continued machine issues, Also need to be able to read and interpret machine tool manuals and instruction. Supervisor role must have extensive experience in all the above plus managerial experience. All three shifts available Monday thru Friday with some overtime opportunities also.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech II Company: La Costa Glen Location: Carlsbad, CA Description: We are currently hiring a full time position, working 12pm-8pm. The Maintenance Tech II person is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Tech performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Working as a team with the entire Plant department, the Maintenance Tech II performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. Performs building and equipment repairs, with moderate plumbing and electrical, and some carpentry. Completes apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touchup painting, and restoring apartment to original condition. Performs regular pool, koi pond, and lake maintenance. Continues to perform minor repairs, painting, and similar duties that may be assigned to a Maintenance Tech I, but is faster and more proficient compared to Tech I levels and requires only moderate oversight and direction. Instructs residents on how to use their thermostats. May assist with HVAC systems including pumps, heaters, and cooling towers. Provides excellent customer service to residents Assigned one week of on-call duty approximately once each quarter. Conducts staff training related to safety items as scheduled by the assistant director. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate. Technical schooling and/or training preferred Minimum three to five years previous work experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance duties in a complex commercial, industrial or healthcare setting. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and schematics. Basic understanding of HVAC thermostats. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Must have a passion for excellent customer service. Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor & Techn Company: Rosemont Square Apartment Location: Randolph, MA Description: Performs maintenance duties necessary to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the property that will enhance the value of the community utilizing company operating and safety standards. Ensures that service requests and repairs are made correctly in a timely manner. Should live no more that 30 minutes from property as you will share on call responsibilities. Set up of production equipment, Repair and maintenance of all safety and failsafe devices. Support of manufacturing teams and all other support functions. Provide training support for journeyman apprentices. Perform all tasks in team environment with little direct supervision. Must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of industrial electrical systems, including 3 phase systems and electrical schematics. Must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including component repair and schematic reading. Must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of the operation of shop equipment including lathes, mills, drill press and other shop equipment. Must be able to demonstrate a working understanding of welding equipment, including tig, mig and stick welding. Must be able to demonstrate good mechanical and troubleshooting skills. An understanding of PLC's, ladder logic, injection molding, ultrasonic sealers and robotics is considered a plus, though not a requirement. Injection molding experience preferred. An associates degree or Certificate of Completion in a skilled trades area is considered a plus, though not a requirement.
