As a member of the Pratt Landry, New Orleans Team, this position will be responsible for operational administrative duties such as service technician dispatch, I-Service customer database maintenance, customer relations, contract maintenance/billing and other tasks related to this position as they are assigned by management. 1.Responsible for receiving incoming customer service calls and dispatching appropriate service technician to resolve system problems.2.Responsible for entering new customer data into service operations tool, I-Service, and maintaining this database for use in service operations. 3.Develops and monitors methods to improve quality and reduce costs through assisting with ACE administration.4.Responsible for service orders and service contract maintenance, billing, renewals and changes.5.Responsible for effective communication to Service Sales Staff, any incoming leads from the field service technicians. 6.Responsible for all other duties as management may assign from time to time. A high school diploma is required. A 2 year degree in Business, Engineering or other related field is preferred.
