Job Title: Steel Fabrication Welder Company: Location: Nashville, TN Description: Local Nashville area Welding Shop seeks one experienced Steel Fabrication Welder needed. Candidates should have at least 3 years of prior fabrication welding experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should also be self-starting, highly motivated individuals with the desire to fabricate quality work. The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: ? Fabricate and weld material to designed specifications ? Ensure accuracy in fabrication process ? Operate company vehicle when needed ? Perform assorted other tasks as assigned The requirements for this position include: ? Excellent Safety record ? At least 3 years of prior experience in a fabrication welding role (preferably as a certified welder) ? Ability to read and understand shop drawings and plans ? Must be a self-starting, results oriented leader who requires little supervision ? Be available for extended hours ? Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor work environments ? Valid Driver?s License (Prefer Class B or higher Commercial Driver?s License) ? Willingness to perform a wide variety of assigned duties ? Dependable transportation ?
