Onsite Property Maintenance/Manager(s) needed for 36 Unit Apartment Complex in Mesa Looking for an experienced onsite property maintenance/manager to reside in a large one bedroom unit (700 sq. ft.) in a 36 unit complex. This position is ideally suited to a retired manager or trades person, single or married or semi-retired individuals. The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as good judgment. Of equal importance will be handyman and grounds maintenance skills. The manager must be neat and keep a tidy apartment. There is a seperate unit that serve as the office/store room/tool shed. A drivers license and car are essential. Those with criminal arrests within the last 10 years or any drug related arrest need not respond. If the applicant holds a full or part time job - the applacant must have a spouce or partner that can perform certain emergency duties in his/her absence.
