Location: Fargo, ND Description: The Director of Maintenance is primarily responsible for managing the maintenance of the 135 Charter fleet. This position will also serve as an Inspector for the 145 Repair Station. Essential Job Functions:Oversee all maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled, and ensuring all maintenance forms and records are properly filled out and filed.Coordinate all maintenance with the Shop Manager, including reviewing maintenance records and compiling work packets.Will lead all Charter aircraft inspections.Ensure both SDR and MDR reports required by FAR 135 are submitted.Maintain a close liaison with the Flight Standards District Office on maintenance matters.May exercise operational control of the operation of WMI aircraft if necessary.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified aircraft mechanic required. Experience must be on the same class and category as WMI aircraft and must include return to service.
