Five (5) to seven (7) years exp. in mfg setting, preferably plastics industry. Solid business understanding & financial literacy. Computer literacy required, including MS Office. Strong motivational leader with proven leadership of teams. Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Successful project and resource planning experience. Reports to Manufacturing Manager. Hours: 8 hours/day; M-F.
