Job Title: Maintenance Technician Company: JCC in Manhattan Location: New York, NY Description: The JCC in Manhattan is seeking a non-union Maintenance Engineer. You must be a hands-on energetic team player and have a high sense of urgency in responding to day to day requests and property needs. Responsibilities include all aspects of building operations, i.e.; plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, absorption refrigeration, BMS operation and computer literacy. Candidate must have or be able to obtain sprinkler/standpipe certification and a low pressure boiler certificate.
