Job Title: Mission Critical Facility Maintenance Technician Company: CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Location: Birmingham, AL Description: Primary Purpose: This person works under the Lead Maintenance Technician and is responsible for hands-on contact with vendors working on or near critical infrastructure equipment to ensure the 7 x 24 forever uptime requirements of the Oxmoor Center. Immediately reporting abnormal conditions per Wachovia’s procedures. Monitoring and assisting various service vendors during scheduled and emergency service work. Re-lamping and repairing lighting fixtures. Responding to routine maintenance calls and work orders. Performing minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs. Inspecting and repairing parking lots, access doors, raised computer room flooring, etc. Assisting with the shipping and receiving of supplies and equipment. Assisting with the moving of furniture. Keeping mechanical, electrical rooms clean and orderly.
