This includes centrifugal pumps, fuel oil pumps, chemical injectors, natural gas modulating valves, heat exchangers, steam to hot water converters, vacuum and condensate equipment and pressure reducing stations. Performs scheduled annual preventive maintenance of the pressure vessels; makes necessary repairs. Monitors, maintains and troubleshoots the status of the computer operated environmental control system and the areas that it controls; takes corrective action as needed. Regularly inspects and validates the display screens which includes zone summary, alarms, zone detail, and conditional control. Checks the master menu and zone parameters for temperature regimes and strategies for the growing environments.
