Log repairs as complete in systems 5. Receive and gather information for asset breakdowns during the day and dispatch resources to fix assets (in-sourcing vs. outsourcing decisions) 6. Manage and schedule maintenance on service vehicles 7. Help manage inspections (lease, rentals etc.,) 8. Log repairs during the inspection process 9. Obtain repair photos and load information for customer use 10. Help manage asset terminates and activities 11. Review various mechanic utilization reports 12. Provide necessary work direction for mechanics 13. Help train new employees 14. Assign repairs to GE Mechanics/vendors 15. Prioritize repairs (assess in-source vs. outsource) 16. Assess equipment availability 17. Help coordinate asset logistics Qualifications/Requirements 1.PC proficient in a Windows environment.2.Ability to assess tasks and prioritize critical action3.Experience in managing a vendor network including price negotiations.4.Strong organization and time management skills essential.5.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6.Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations and compliance.7.BS/BA degree or minimum 1 year managerial/operations experience8.Valid driver’s license for business purposes.9.Occasional overnight travel (approximately 10%).
