Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Manager (NH) Company: Allegro Microsystems Location: Manchester, NH Description: What You Will Do As an Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will manage a staff of equipment technicians supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation as well as 1st shift development engineering. Specific responsibilities include: Provide technical leadership to skilled technicians. Employee development, evaluation, and training. Mentor technicians building comprehensive and consistent troubleshooting, repair, and logical strategic thinking skills. Develop, implement, maintain and improve programs that include: Optimizing equipment uptime Preventive maintenance Spares inventory management Training / technical skills development Cross training Equipment standardization and documentation Develop, maintain, and report relevant execution metrics that include: Equipment performance Repair times Down times Preventive maintenance conformance Overall organizational efficiencies Education and Experience Requirements The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus a minimum of 2 years of technical, hands-on management experience in a directly related field. Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience supporting a 24/7 operation.
