Responsibilities: Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.Maintain safe and clean work area.Perform other related duties as required. Perform major overhaul on filling and packaging equipment. 2. Use electrical drawings and diagnose electrical problems using AMP probe and volt meter. 3. Changer motors, heaters, relays, and starters. 4. Run conduit and pull wire. 5. Repair, replace, trouble-shoot limit swithces and photoeyes. 6. Fabricate items on request, such as, guards, rails, and shields. 7. Make adustments and repairs to all types of drive units, sprokets, V-belts, and sheaves. 8. Rebuild speed reducers, replace motor bearings, and replace and and align chains. 9. Trace city water, treated water, CO2 lines, air lines, gas and ammonia lines for trouble shooting purposes. 10. Diagnose and repaire pneumatic valves. 11. Perform seam checs, interpret results and make adjustments if needed to insure proper sealing within tolerance. 12. Diagnose and resolve capper headset problems 13. Adjust and maintain can and bottle line production equipment and general plant supporting systems in a timely, efficient and safe manner. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Education/Experience/Qualifications/Skills/Physical Demands 1. High school or equivalent. 2. Three years experience in maintenance of various forms of production equipment or combination of education and experience. 3. Ability to Perform basic gas cutting, brazing and arc welding. 4. Basic Plumbing skills to include knowledge of pipe material and sizes, ability to cut and thread pipe, install valves, and repair leaks, and replace and rebuild water pumps. 5. Thorough knowledge of cooling, carbonating, syrup handling and blend of water treating reaction tank and support equipmtent. 6. Must be a part of the production team and flexible to help in various capacities as needed. 7. Ability to perform basic diagnosis, replacement, and repair of various electrical components. 8. Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fingers and hands, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach. 9. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull pallet jack containing 1500 pounds (Occassionally). 10. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, comminicate and follow complex instructions, written and verbal, and blue-printed data. 11. Ability to perform all tasks safely.
