REQUIREMENTS  Requires at least two to three years related experience in heavy industrial maintenance and/or training. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Mechanical background with experience in heavy industrial maintenance repairs and knowledge of industrial equipment.  Ensure safe work policies, practices and conditions are being met. Administer company policies, regulatory requirements and the collective bargaining agreement. A good understanding of personal computers and programs. Ability to read and understand drawings and P&ID's. Overview:Supervises, directs, and monitors the daily activities of employees to ensure work is completed in an efficient manner such as electrical and instrumentation repairs, PM & calibration tracking of Continuous Emissions Monitors, Anodic Protection, Environmental pH monitoring, MACT instruments, electrical inspection of all MCCs, thermal imaging, motor inventory control, QC/QA on all electrical motor rebuilds. Skill/Experience Requirements: Requires at least a two-year degree in Electrical/Instrumentation with five years experience, or a combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. An industrial electrical/instrumentation background with experience in heavy industrial electrical/instrumentation maintenance repairs and knowledge of industrial equipment.
