Job Title: Team Lead, Maintenance Technicians Company: SRI Surgical Location: Long Beach, CA Description: SUMMARY Responsible for facility engineering, maintenance of all equipment and fixtures, custodial and general building upkeep. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ·         Responsible, either directly or through a vendor contract, for maintaining all equipment and fixtures in the facility.·         Use computerized preventative maintenance program to keep all equipment in safe and efficient working order.·         Order supplies to maintain equipment to specifications. Order cleaning supplies for janitorial requirements. Manage supply cost to within or below budget.·         Work with facility management to establish vendor contacts and contracts.·         Assist management with equipment modifications and facility design changes.·         Train Maintenance Technicians and other facility personnel in proper safety procedures.·         Maintain accurate records, including detailed history for each piece of equipment.·         Maintain neat and orderly work areas. Clean up immediately after project completion.·         Troubleshoot and maintain equipment.·          Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and SRI safety standards.·          Other duties as assigned.  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct supervision of Maintenance Technician team.
