Scope The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preventive and day to day maintenance activities for a manufacturing site with: • 300+ employees. • 18 production lines • 9 compounding ramps • 23 mechanics and 1 maintenance planner Minimum Requirements - Bachelors degree in any disciple - 3-5 years supervisory experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. - Maintenance experience to include pneumatics, controls, automation, electrical, CMMS, TPM, SPC, PLC, other mechanical systems. -Must have experience in a Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM is preferred). - Experience with packaging equipment in consumer products is preferred. Competencies - Ability to coach others and to transfer knowledge and capabilities. Strong facilitation skills. Communicate and work effectively with all members of plant team. - Utilize improvement methodologies for root cause analysis. - Demonstrate project management skills to lead teams in reliability improvement efforts. - Align work plan with plant strategy and goals of high performing work teams.
