GENERAL SUMMARY The Apartment Maintenance Technician provides basic mechanical maintenance, painting, janitorial, and grounds care for the site as directed by the Community Manager. MAJOR DUTIES 1. Prepares vacated apartments for re-rental in designated time frame. 3.
