Job Title: Parts Manager - Dealership Company: Fleet Maintenance Inc Location: West Seneca, NY Description: Daimler truck dealership representing Freightliner, Western Star and Sterling products; and Sprinter Vans. Responsibilities include: Daily Parts Dept Operations addressing customer service, inventory levels, employee scheduling and managing, parts delivery scheduling, shipping and receiving. Managing employee and customer training. Marketing: Developing aggressive marketing plans for current economic conditions and customer needs. Purchasing aggressively to match price optimization. Continued development of outside parts and service sales staff and ensuring support within dealership. Participate with salesmen on customer calls outside dealership. Financial: Reveiw monthly financial statements and target goal achievements Safety: Ensure parts department is compliant with all Health/Safety/OSHA regulations Dealership Founded in February of 1979 and has received several industry awards for top performance; top selling dealers in country.
