  Full-Time | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
  Training required on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

First Call Direct Hire is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Franklin, IN. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in automation, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements – Maintenance Technician:

• PLC, Automation, and Robotics experience
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of CNC controls and PLC ladder logic
• Solid understanding of basic electrical systems and controls
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to interpret electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams
• OMRON PLC experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for production machinery
• Follows Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Completes preventative maintenance tasks on machinery
• Assists with special projects with minimal supervision
• Supports spare parts inventory and issue control
• Maintains maintenance areas according to 5S and safety standards
