Architectural / Structural metal fabrication and welding shop in search of an experienced metal fabricator / installer with 2 plus years' experience. Must be a team player and problem solver with a positive "can-do" attitude. Ability to produce quality work and be detail oriented. We are looking for people who are able to handle a variety of jobs from small metal repairs to large fabrications and installations.

Required skills:
- Experience reading shop drawings and plans
- Be skilled in a wide variety of metal fabrication and repair
- Experience with common metal shop equipment
(i.e., plasma cutter, oxy-acetylene, shears, punches, presses, brakes, saws, and iron worker)
- Experience in common welding processes
(i.e., SMAW, TIG, and MIG) carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum (experience with bronze a plus)
- Installation experience in various environments, ranging from new construction to finished homes
- Experience with common installation practices
(i.e., lasers, levels, drills, and other hand tools)
- Good communication skills and willingness to assume leadership role
- Current California driver’s license
- Advanced set of tools and ability to use them
