Job Title: Locksmith Technician

Schedule: 40hrs in a Week

Duration: 7 Months (Temp to Hire)

Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Locksmith Technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lock and safe maintenance and repair, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. This role involves working on a variety of equipment including safes, locks, and vaults, while interacting directly with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleaning and drilling of safe deposit boxes and duplicate keys.
• Install new locks on safes and ATM’s and replace lock batteries.
• Clear jams in After Hours Depositories
• Install lock and door hardware to include mechanical and electronic door locks, door closures, and emergency exit devices.
• Use various hand and power tools; occasionally using ladders

Customer Service is a key part of this role. Our technicians must be able to maintain positive interaction with the customer during a service call, customer meetings, and while conducting customer training. In addition, you will prioritize calls and act decisively on behalf of the customer from call origination to call closure.
