CNC Machinist

Specializing in laser cutting, press brake bending, machining, water jet cutting, heliarc welding, painting, and assembly, we work with Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, and Poly Carbonates.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Program CNC lathe by entering instructions and setting tool registers
• Calculate requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry
• Set-up lathe by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, and attachments
• Verify settings by measuring positions and sample work pieces
• Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting operations

Required Skills:

• Experience with CNC operation and machining
• Ability to read and interpret G-code
• Proficiency in precision measurement and use of gauges
• Knowledge of CNC lathe and milling machines
• Strong attention to detail and focus on the task at hand

Technical Skills:

• Highly Accelerated Stress Screen
• Deburring
• EDM
• Manual Mill
• Machine Setup

Nice to Have Skills: Surface Grinding, Tool and Die, Manual Lathe

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 annually, along with health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off.
