Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on various equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues
• Utilize hand tools and test equipment for equipment repair
• Install direct vent gas fireplaces and inserts, wood, pellet, coal stoves

Required Skills:

• Experience with general construction
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and perform preventive maintenance
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and equipment repair experience
