Travel:
This position may require local travel to various work sites. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate measurements, proportions, and percentages, and apply concepts of basic geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to address problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency with word processing, internet, and work order management software.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC, diesel mechanics, or related fields preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance or repair experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, electrical hazards, and heights. Noise levels are usually moderate to loud depending on the work environment.
