We are seeking experienced Electricians, Journeymen, and Helpers to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a full-time position focused mainly on commercial and light industrial work.

Requirements

• Positive attitude is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial and light industrial electrical service, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of residential work is a plus.
• Journeyman License is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic, dedication, trustworthiness, and self-motivation.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot, read plans, bend pipe, and apply NEC code and safety knowledge.
• Valid FL driver's license, clean driving record, and drug-free.
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Pompano Beach every workday.
• Willingness to work within Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
• Must own all necessary hand tools.

Job Expectations

• Perform commercial and light industrial electrical work including wiring, conduit installation, repairs, and new installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout of electrical systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every job site.
• Be open-minded to learning new skills within the trade.
