Job Description


  • Oversee building-related activities to ensure that the facilities and grounds are safe, up to code, and fully operational in a cost effective way.

  • Prepare budgets and reports for the planning of maintenance, repairs, installation, and renovation of the building, systems, and equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and record keeping.

  • Support safety, health, and emergency preparedness programs.

  • Negotiate quotes for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness and monitor activities of vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that delivery, quantity, and quality criteria are met.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Facilities Management Certificate – FMC.

  • 3 + years of experience in facilities management position.

  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent project management skills.
