NOW HIRING: Hotel Maintenance Technician Southeast Austin

Are you skilled in basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry? Were looking for a reliable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Worker to join our team at a busy hotel in Southeast Austin, TX!

Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Full-Time Weekdays + Some Weekends
Pay: Competitive Based on experience

Job Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and exterior spaces
- Troubleshoot and fix basic HVAC issues
- Handle minor electrical repairs (outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
- Unclog drains, fix leaky faucets, and perform other plumbing tasks
- Conduct carpentry work (door adjustments, drywall patches, furniture repairs)
- Keep maintenance logs and ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in general building maintenance or hotel/property maintenance
- Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry
- Able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks
- Reliable transportation to/from Southeast Austin
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player
