Building Maintenance Worker

Under supervision, to independently perform a wide variety of semiskilled manual tasks in the alteration, maintenance, and repair of buildings and building facilities, and other work as required. Independently performs a wide variety of miscellaneous maintenance tasks or assignments as a helper to a skilled craftsperson in a trade's class.
