What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with speed and accuracy to minimize equipment downtime.
• Train and support mechanics in diagnostics and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain detailed records of service, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Develop parts lists and place orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of shop tools, parts, and equipment.
  

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability in repairing and maintaining mobile equipment systems.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills in fast-paced work settings.
• Proficiency in diagnostics and use of mechanical/electrical testing tools.
• Commitment to safety protocols and workplace best practices.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with operations and vendors
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Employment is contingent upon passing all required screenings and verifications.
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
