Are you handy with tools and enjoy working outdoors? Rio Concho West is seeking a reliable and motivated General Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for performing various outside maintenance tasks to ensure our property is well-kept and functioning smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Repairing sprinkler heads and maintaining irrigation systems.

- Performing hedger work and trimming bushes.

- Operating a Gator for transportation and leaf bagging/blowing.

- Completing other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to read and write in English for following instructions.

- Must pass a background check and drug test.

- Prior maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
