Maintenance Electrician I

Maintenance Technician – Lebanon, PA

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician. Hours are 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday thru Friday.

Responsible for the maintenance of the facilities mechanical and electrical production equipment. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Able to learn and utilize computerized asset management, inventory management, and work order tracking systems (CMMS)
• Able to perform facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and productive working environment for all employees
• Able to perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs using a multi meter/ammeter, and able to replace electrical components including PCBs, sensors, switches, motors, PLC hardware, fuses and heating elements
• Able to use equipment manuals, drawings, and diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Able to fabricate or modify parts/components using lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.
• Able to use calipers and other precision tools to measure parts and components
• May assist other departments with manufacturing/operations activities as needed
• Maintain a high level of safety in all activities

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as part of a maintenance team in an industrial facility
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Technical or military training, apprenticeships, or an AS/BS degree in a discipline related to mechanical or electrical technology, maintenance or engineering
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to work any shift, holidays and overtime as needed
