CSO islooking for a Relief Maintenance Worker to join our Facilities team in Northampton.

Thisposition performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties in one or moreof the buildings trades such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical,plumbing, HVAC or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining,installing, repairing, cleaning or remodeling agency owned and operatedbuildings and facilities. Responsible for enhancing the value of agency'scommunity by prioritizing, coordination of performance maintenance, landscapingand cleaning duties necessary to maintain the physical condition and appearanceof buildings and grounds.

As a ReliefMaintenance Worker:

You Will:

  • Ensure thatthe service requests and minor repairs are made correctly and in a timelymanner
  • Performvarious maintenance functions including minor repairs that do not require theneed for a license in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, flooring,carpentry, heating/air issues
  • Maintainequipment and monitors inventory
  • Operatesnow removal equipment

YourBackground:

  • High School Diploma orGED
  • Two years of educationand/or training beyond high school in general maintenance and repair or aclosely related area?
  • Experience in generalmaintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include theability to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions orequipment failures.
  • Valid driver's licenseand reliable transportation
