Experienced HVAC-Certified Maintenance Technician

Perform full HVAC system work, including installation and replacement of condensers and air handlers
Conduct general apartment punch-outs and prepare units for new residents
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and basic carpentry
Respond to service requests promptly and professionally
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of property systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and equipment
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
