Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. Operate and maintain 480V / 3-phase motors and PLC controls. Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams. Propose improvement projects for processes and production lines. Submit parts and tool requirements into the inventory system. Support the Planner Scheduler position with work assignments and part requirements. Offer constructive suggestions to improve equipment maintenance. Follow policies and procedures consistently throughout the plant. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and schematic interpretation. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to work with 480V / 3-phase motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Fanuc robotics and Japanese automotive manufacturing. Skills in welding, fabrication, and CNC mill/lathe operations.
