WEEKDAY MAINTENANCE WORKER

The City of Parkers Prairie is accepting applications for a full-time public works / maintenance worker.
This year-round position includes health insurance benefits, retirement, vacation, paid holidays, uniform
allowance, competitive pay, and much more! Responsibilities include performing duties associated with
City water and sanitary sewer utility systems; street and storm sewer maintenance and repair; buildings,
parks, and Aquatic Center maintenance and repair; seasonal duties such as snow removal and mowing,
upkeep of right-of-way areas, and other duties as needed. Candidates for this position should be detail-
oriented, have good communication skills, and must be able to work in a variety of conditions with or
without direct supervision. Wage range is $23.81 to $31.06 without certifications (CPO, water, or sewer),
or $25.23 to $32.93 with certifications. On-the-job training is provided.
