HVAC / R Technician / Installer

We are currently seeking a dependable, seasoned, and driven HVAC and/or Refrigeration Technician to become a valuable member of our expanding team. This is a full-time, enduring opportunity—not merely a stepping stone. If you have been frequently changing jobs every 6 months, this role may not be suitable for you. We are in need of a dedicated professional who is prepared to commit, develop, and accomplish the tasks at hand.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial food equipment

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II mandatory)

• Valid driver’s license

  • Must disclose any accidents, DUIs, or citations

• Capability to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable with frequent driving between work locations

• Ready and able to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HVAC installation and ductwork

• Background in servicing hot-side commercial kitchen equipment

• Consistent work history (no brief job changes)

• Excellent time management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and upkeep HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy work environment

• Participate in an on-call rotation (minimum of one week per month)

• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability on a daily basis
