Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Diagnosing and troubleshooting faulty wiring, and identifying electrical problems using testing devices.- Installing, connecting, and maintaining electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, appliances, circuit breakers, and security systems.- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.- Repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.- Maintaining records of labor and materials, and monitoring inventory.- Adhering to the National Electric Code (NEC) and OSHA safety requirements- Ensure that tools and systems are in place so that work can be performed safely and efficiently.- Guide and coach individuals towards reaching Company goals.- Training, mentoring, and providing support to apprentice electricians.- Promote the principals of ownership and accountability.- Identify opportunities for improvements.- Lead by example, provide guidance and motivate people to work safely.
