Seeking a licensed Master Electrician with extensive experience in commercial generators, electrical systems, and facilities maintenance environments.
Job Requirements:
Master Electrician License with at least 5 years of experience
Hands-on experience with commercial-level generators
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Expertise in high and low voltage systems, including 24 volts
Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial settings
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Practical knowledge of local and state electrical codes
Proven experience managing vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance
Preferred Skills:
Experience with fire protection systems
Knowledge of building automation systems, including Schneider, Wattstopper, and Synapse
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) experience
CMMS experience with ServiceZone, BlueMountain, or Maximo
Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and commercial generators
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
Manage relationships with vendors for service and repairs
Ensure compliance with local and state electrical codes
Utilize CMMS platforms for tracking maintenance activities and work orders
Support building systems operations, including lighting and automation systems where applicable
Pay Details: $60.00 to $73.00 per hour
