Position Overview
Were hiring a Painter / Maintenance Technician to help keep The Eden looking its best. This
is a hands-on role that combines general hotel maintenance with a focus on painting, touch-
ups, and cosmetic upkeep across guest rooms and public spaces.
Youll work closely with the engineering and housekeeping teams to make sure every corner of
the hotel meets our aesthetic and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior painting, patching, and touch-up work throughout the
property
Repair minor drywall and plaster issues in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces
Support general maintenance tasks: light plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC checks
Assist with room turns, preventative maintenance, and equipment upkeep
Respond to guest- or staff-submitted work orders
Collaborate with the team to prioritize work requests and maintain supplies
Follow hotel safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Jump in on other hands-on tasks as neededno two days are exactly the same

Qualifications

Experience in painting, patching, and general cosmetic maintenance (hotel experience
preferred but not required)
Basic skills in general maintenance (e.g., light electrical, plumbing, tools)
Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and move safely across the property
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team
Able to work evening shifts (1:30pm10:00pm) and weekends as needed
Drivers License preferred
