LP Maintenance Mechanic 2

We are searching for a candidate who will be responsible for performing maintenance duties involving all general building, apartment repairs, and janitorial projects to ensure satisfactory upkeep of agency properties. the general cleanliness of the facility and the carrying out of direct services as required to keep residential buildings and office areas clean and free of hazardous conditions under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 9 am- 5:30 pm. This role pays $19.77 /hour and is eligible for Paid Time Off, Health Insurance and 401K .

Essential Duties:

1. Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the safety of all those inside the building.
2. Completes all general building and apartment repairs, such as replacing defective equipment parts, replacing filters, cleaning units and removing snow as needed.

3. Adheres to all safety rules and training found in the agency-approved facilities manual.

4. Stays updated regarding OSHA training as well as safety procedures and practices to ensure the best quality service.

5. Performs any other duties as assigned or related duties deemed necessary and appropriate.
