This opportunity to serve the State of Utah and its customers as a **Maintenance Supervisor** could be for you! **Principal Duties**As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:- Supervise subordinate personnel, including - Hiring. - Determining workload and delegating assignments. - Training. - Monitoring and evaluating performance. - Initiating corrective or disciplinary action. - Reviewing and inspecting work for quality and completeness.- Maintain accurate and detailed records.- Manage and coordinate projects.- Establish preventative maintenance schedules.- Ensure an adequate supply of materials.- Participate in the maintenance of facilities, including plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning, etc.**Minimum Qualifications**The best qualified candidate will have:- Several years of experience supervising a building/facility maintenance crew of 5 or more members.- Several years of hands-on building/facility maintenance experience, including building automation/energy management systems.**Why You Should Join Our Team**State agencies and customers depend on us to keep their buildings safe, comfortable and beautiful - and we take pride in delivering!
