HVAC General Maintenance Worker

SCA rated position includes H&W
Full time position 7:00 AM to 3:30 pm M-F No overtime
11 paid holidays (Federal)
Sick Days 56 hrs. a yr.
Vacation 10 days @ 1yr

EXPERIENCED HVAC GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER
Candidate must have 3 years of previous experience changing filters, belts and understand proper lubrication and coil cleaning methods. Position requires a thorough understanding of general maintenance requirements for HVAC equipment. Basic electrical experience is a plus. Also requires a strong mechanical aptitude for servicing various types of HVAC equipment. Resume must include documentation for all formal training and evidence of sufficient years of experience working in the field. Experience with LOTO required. Position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and climb using ladders. This position also requires the ability to bend and kneel continuously throughout the day. Current DMV license with clean record required. EPA Certification a plus. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Candidate must be able to receive DBIDs access to military base
