Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker:

• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting
• Prepare and paint walls
• Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
• Restore door locks and key systems
• Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work
• Fixing light fixtures, Plumbling, sheet rock, painting, mowing and landscaping

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred
• Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Have own transportation
• Show up on time
• Stay for entire shift
• Self Starter and follow directions
• Background check and drug screening required
