Maintenance Mechanic

We're looking for a Maintenance Mechanic in Ayer, MA. If you're mechanically inclined and have troubleshooting experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm

Pay Rate: $34 - $36/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production and manufacturing equipment
• Respond to line calls and diagnose equipment malfunctions promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
• Install new equipment and ensure proper setup and operation
• Work independently to resolve mechanical issues
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Support continuous improvement of equipment performance

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment required
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install manufacturing machinery
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
• Comfortable working in a high-demand production environment
