Duties Include: Maintain the safe and effiecient operation of the centeral plant including boiler, chillers, snowmelt, colling towers, fan coils, pumps abd building automation systems. Commercial HVAC systems experience preferred. Industrial mechanic background preffered. Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept. Perfrom reparis and maintencace activites on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and plant related work activities. Utilize the BAS system to keep accurate computerized records of activites, time, and materials required. Performs shifts expectations completion and documentation including maintaining the engineering log. Respond to emergencies as needed. Assist with oterh Central Plant duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience Bilingual helpful but not required. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Computer skills required. Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
