Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other facility systems. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems across 13 locations, including large-scale units. Execute HVAC component replacements (compressors, coils, valves) and manage refrigerant systems. Diagnose and repair building automation systems, including consoles, sensors, and data panels. Conduct electrical work such as conduit installation, cable pulling, and panel maintenance. Handle general building repairsinterior and exteriorincluding carpentry and plumbing tasks. Maintain accurate inventory and manage stock levels for tools and parts. Support equipment installations and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of commercial HVAC experience. EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 Certification required. Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and general facilities maintenance. Experience with major HVAC brands. Territory: Service up to 15 sites between Rochester and Buffalo. Equipment: Manage air handler units, including high-capacity systems. Autonomy: Work independently while staying connected through digital tools and team support. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
