JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and

repairs on diesel engines, including troubleshooting and diagnosing

issues. - Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on

diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. - Repair and replace faulty

components, such as fuel systems, brakes, and electrical systems. - Use

automotive diagnostics equipment to identify problems and make necessary

repairs. - Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs. -

Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality and

performance. - Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance

performed. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or

similar role. - Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and

maintenance. - Proficiency in using automotive diagnostics equipment. -

Familiarity with industrial equipment, such as cranes and diggers. -

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. -

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to

work independently or as part of a team. - HVAC certification is a

plus. - Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Note: This

position. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Use handtools, such as

screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, or precision

instruments, as well as power tools, such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes,

welding equipment, or jacks and hoists. Inspect brake systems, steering

mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that

they are in proper operating condition. Rewire ignition systems, lights,

and instrument panels. Diagnose and repair vehicle heating and cooling

systems. Adjust or repair computer controlled exhaust emissions devices.

Rebuild gas or diesel engines. Recondition and replace parts, pistons,

bearings, gears, and valves. Install or repair accessories. Repair or

adjust seats, doors, or windows. Align front ends and suspension

systems. Dismount, mount, and repair or replace tires. Maintain or

repair vehicles with alternative fuel systems, including biodiesel,

hybrid, or compressed natural gas vehicles. Measure vehicle emissions to

determine whether they are within acceptable limits. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
