Maintenance Supervisor

communities where we reside. Primary Purpose Maintains systems and

equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring,

repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and

parts; supervising staff. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The

MaintenanceSupervisor directs activities of personnel engaged in the

troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment

including machinery, automation, and facility in order to attain goals

consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Accomplishes

maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training,

assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;

communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job

contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies

and procedures. Establishes preventive maintenance schedules, and

insures completion of activities in a timely manner. Directs daily

department activities in order to maximize equipment utilization and

support production needs. Meets maintenance operational standards by

contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews;

implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service

standards; resolving problems. Meets maintenance financial standards by

providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures;
