What You'll Do:
HVAC and Equipment Maintenance:
Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and operating diverse HVAC equipment, emergency generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, adhering to industry standards and relevant codes.
Building Maintenance and Repairs:
Conduct general maintenance and repairs including drywall, masonry, painting, ceilings, roofing, tiles, carpets, windows, and other associated tasks.
Oversight and Collaboration:
Monitor and assist contractors and team members engaged in maintenance and construction activities, ensuring compliance with contract terms and adherence to safety, security, environmental, and conduct regulations.
Housekeeping and Facility Upkeep:
Perform general housekeeping duties including assembling, moving, repairing, and adjusting furniture and office items. Participate in snow removal, storm damage cleanup, lawn maintenance, spill cleanup, and inventory management as needed.
Procurement of Materials:
Source necessary quality parts and materials in an economical and efficient manner, following supervisor guidance.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records, including inspection documentation, and prepare reports as required.

Salary Range: $52,488 - $61,237
What You'll Have:
Education requirements are listed below:
High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
Required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below:
Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers' license.
Successful completion of the Construction and Skilled Trades test (CAST)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Physical demand level is Medium
- Electrician or HVAC license or CFC refrigerant certification preferred. Must be willing to pursue the certification.
- Overtime required. Overnight travel may be required. In addition, scheduled as well as unscheduled, weekend and evening shift work may be required. Will be expected to respond to emergency call out work.
- Requires working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Requires the ability to utilize a computer.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Constant standing; frequent walking; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, squatting, kneeling.
- This position requires lifting, moving and carrying equipment up to and in excess of 50 lbs

$25.23-31.54 USDThe Physical Demand Level for this job is: M Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
