Commercial Building Maintenance Technician

Crown Property Services, Inc. is a licensed commercial and HVAC contractor specializing in commercial building maintenance. We are currently seeking skilled and/or trainable, motivated Commercial Building Maintenance Technicians to join our team. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train from the ground up.

Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to commercial buildings. You will work closely with other technicians, contractors, and building managers to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities:

Commercial construction background
Plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, painting, HVAC controls, operation, and maintenance
Facilities repair and maintenance
Pressure washing and window cleaning
Snow removal

While experience in these areas is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must also have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation. Our operating area covers the I-5 corridor from Lynnwood to Olympia.
