Wake Robin is seeking a skilled and dedicated**Maintenance

Supervisor**to lead our experienced team of five technicians in caring

for our vibrant and scenic 136-acre campus. This role includes oversight

of 250 independent living homes, 98 health center residences, as well as

our offices and public spaces.

Responsibilities and skills include but are not limited to:

- computer-based monitoring and diagnostics

- repair, and preventative maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration

equipment

- plumbing, electrical, lighting and carpentry

Qualified candidates must have:

- at least 5 years general maintenance experience in a commercial

residential or industrial setting,

- at least two certifications required

- a strong aptitude for computer-based operational systems,

- high standards of service,

- proactive and positive team supervision,

- excellent communication.

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 7a 3:30p (some flexibility is possible)

Will be part of the on-call rotation team (one week every 6 weeks)
